Cancellation Policy

Incredibly Pure Pty Ltd is committed to providing exceptional service in a timely manner. The cancellation policy will apply if:

  1. The delivered product is faulty.
  2. The delivered product is physically damaged.
  3. The delivered product is different from what was ordered.

The cancellation policy does not apply if:

  1. The product is damaged by the customer during handling, shifting, or by not following the provided manual.
  2. The customer changes their mind after receiving the product.

Cancellation Request

Refund Policy

Refund requests made more than 7 days after the purchase will not be accepted. Refund requests made between 1 to 7 business days after the purchase are subject to a 15% administration fee.
